What should I do when I received a defect item/wrong item/missing item?
For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us at email@example.com with you order number. You may call us at 016-952 3287. We will advise accordingly.
Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. We are not able to process refunds and cancellation once the payment is confirmed. This is to avoid error in stock inventory and to make sure all orders can be processed in timely manners.
