My payment successfully made by IPAY88 but I couldn't see it in my order history. How do I proceed ?
Kindly contact us immediately via email, call, whatsapp or live chat and send email from IPAY88 to us, we'll assist your for next steps. We'd ask for your kind assistance not to bank in/transfer the amount again to our bank account manually as we need to double confirm your previous payment status.
How much for shipping fee for WM?
If your order is below RM80, a shipping fee will be applicable to you which is RM6 for West Malaysia
How much for shipping fee to EM?
Shipping fee for Sabah and Sarawak is RM12.50 for first 0.50kg.
How to get free shipping?
An order (one entire shopping cart) exceeding RM80 will make you eligible for free shipping in West Malaysia

Making a Purchase
At HAPPY2U we are not able to cancel, amend order that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.
We post all orders made before 12pm, Monday - Friday on the same day via PosLaju (West Malaysia).
Once the Shipping Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any). For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
Exchanges / Returns
All returns must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition for store credit only. All returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order. You may request your return in our Return Order pages.
All items returned (including faulty items) without abiding by the above terms (1. & 2.) will not be accepted. Sale items cannot be returned. Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. HAPPY2U portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.
All returns will be processed by the Returns Department, up to 3 working days from the date we receive the parcel. HAPPY2U is not liable for items purchased from a third party merchant.
