Return request must be made within 14 days from the date your parcel is received. For example, you received the parcel on 1st January 2024. The return request must be made latest by 14th January 2024.

Once the return item is processed, you will receive a store credit to be use for your next purchase. In the event of a refund, your store credit, in the form of a monetary voucher is valid for one (1) year only. Terms & Conditions applied.

1. Malaysia
i) Ship with your own chosen courier. The fees will bear by the customer itself.
ii) Drop them off to HAPPY2U HQ.
iii) Request for HAPPY2U return label. RM6 will be deducted from your credit refund. Take for example, the refund is RM99, you will be receiving the refund of RM93. The return label will be emailed to you upon request and you can print it and paste it onto the packed return parcel.

B. Singapore
i) Ship with your own chosen courier. The fees will bear by the customer.
ii) Request for HAPPY2U return label. The cost is RM23 for first 1kg. But it is advisable to chat with us to reconfirm the charges incurred for the return label we provide. Please be informed that all these costs will be deducted from your store credit/gift card.

C. Others
i) For all international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping fees for international returns nor that we provide return labels.
Customers are free to choose any courier service that is convenient and suitable for them to return their items. We recommend selecting reputable courier that provides tracking and insurance for the shipment to ensure the safe and timely return of your items.

The return process will take 3 working days in the form of a monetary voucher.
